Overview

ILB2101 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting **CD47** (Cluster of Differentiation 47), developed by **Innolake Biopharm** using the **OmniAb** (CrystalBioSciences) platform. CD47 is a transmembrane protein that acts as a "don't eat me" signal by binding to SIRPα on macrophages, thereby inhibiting phagocytosis. By blocking the CD47-SIRPα interaction, ILB2101 enhances the phagocytic clearance of tumor cells by the innate immune system. The drug is designed to have high binding affinity for CD47 while potentially minimizing the hemagglutination of red blood cells, a common side effect of anti-CD47 therapies. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
