Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ILM24 is a preclinical-stage GAS6-based fusion protein being developed by Illimis Therapeutics for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Developed using the company's proprietary GAIA (Gas6-mediated Anti-Inflammatory Adaptor) platform, ILM24 is designed to target phosphatidylserine (PS). The therapeutic mechanism involves promoting the inflammation-silent phagocytic clearance of phosphatidylserine-positive material, leveraging TAM (Tyro3, Axl, and Mer) receptor biology to clear apoptotic debris and suppress inflammatory responses without triggering unwanted systemic inflammation.
