IM-1335

IM-1335 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Immunome for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to target an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen that was previously targeted by another investigational ADC, which showed clinical activity but was ultimately discontinued. IM-1335 incorporates several optimizations over its predecessor, including an engineered antibody for improved pharmacokinetics and tumor biodistribution, a linker designed to enhance stability and on-target activity, and Immunome’s proprietary HC74 topoisomerase I inhibitor (TOP1i) payload to match drug sensitivity in key indications. Preclinical studies have demonstrated in vivo efficacy in solid tumor models. The specific molecular target remains undisclosed as of June 2025.
