IM-4320

IM-4320 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to interleukin 38 (IL-38), an immunosuppressive cytokine implicated in tumor immune evasion. By inhibiting IL-38 and blocking its interaction with receptors such as IL1RAPL1 and IL-36R, IM-4320 is designed to relieve IL‑38-mediated immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that IM‑4320 inhibits tumor growth in immune cold melanoma models, showing monotherapy activity consistent with an active immuno-oncology agent. The drug is being developed as a potential first-in-class anti–IL‑38 immunotherapy for cancer treatment[2][3][6].
