IM1305

IM1305 is a conditionally activated trispecific antibody developed by Purple Biotech using the CAPTN-3 platform. It is designed to target the tumor-associated antigen TROP2, which is widely expressed in solid tumors such as breast, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. The antibody features a unique masked or capped CD3-binding arm that is specifically activated within the tumor microenvironment via a cleavable linker, thereby reducing systemic off-target effects. Additionally, IM1305 incorporates an anti-NKG2A arm to engage and modulate natural killer (NK) cell activity alongside T-cell recruitment. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent tumor regression in humanized mouse models of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
