IM19-41BB CAR-T cells are an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target the CD19 antigen, which is widely expressed on B-cell malignancies. The construct features a 4-1BB (CD137) costimulatory domain, intended to promote long-term T-cell persistence and sustained anti-tumor activity. Developed by Beijing Immunochina Medical Science & Technology in collaboration with clinical sites like Beijing Boren Hospital, this therapy is primarily being studied for patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma. In clinical trials, it is often evaluated alongside or in comparison to CD28-costimulated variants to optimize safety and efficacy profiles.
