Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IM73 CAR-T is an investigational allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy developed for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapy involves donor-derived T cells engineered to express a CAR targeting both CD33 and CLL-1, two antigens commonly expressed on AML cells. This bivalent targeting is designed to increase specificity for malignant cells, aiming to overcome challenges posed by antigen heterogeneity in AML. IM73 CAR-T is intended for adult patients with relapsed or refractory AML and is under clinical evaluation to assess its safety and efficacy[7].
