IM83

IM83 is a GPC3-targeted CAR-T cell therapy developed by Beijing Imunopharm Technology. It is designed as an autologous T lymphocyte replacement therapy in which patient-derived T cells are genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), a protein commonly overexpressed in certain tumors. The mechanism of action involves gene transference to enable the engineered T cells to recognize and inhibit GPC3-expressing tumor cells. The primary indications under investigation include relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma and advanced liver tumors.
