IMA402 + chemotherapy is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of recurrent and/or refractory solid tumors. IMA402 is a next-generation, half-life extended bispecific T Cell-Engaging Receptor (TCER®) molecule developed by Immatics. It is designed to target a peptide derived from the cancer-testis antigen PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) presented by HLA-A*02:01. The TCER® molecule consists of a high-affinity T-cell receptor (TCR) domain that binds the PRAME-HLA complex and an anti-CD3 effector domain that recruits and activates T cells to eliminate cancer cells. The combination with chemotherapy is intended to potentially enhance anti-tumor activity in patients with PRAME-expressing solid tumors, such as cutaneous and uveal melanoma, ovarian cancer, and synovial sarcoma.
