Overview

IMA402 + IMA401 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two T cell receptor (TCR) bispecific (TCER®) molecules developed by Immatics. IMA402 is a half-life extended biologic targeting the PRAME (Preferential Antigen in Melanoma) antigen, while IMA401 targets HLA-A*02:01-presented peptides derived from MAGEA4 and MAGEA8. Both molecules are designed to redirect and activate T cells against tumor cells expressing these specific intracellular targets. The combination is being evaluated in a Phase I/II clinical trial for patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors, aiming to leverage synergistic anti-tumor activity in tumors expressing both PRAME and MAGEA4/8.
