IMA910 is a synthetic cancer vaccine composed of 13 tumor-associated peptides (TUMAPs) that are frequently over-expressed in colorectal cancer. These peptides are naturally presented on major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules of colorectal tumors, and the vaccine is designed to stimulate an immune response against these tumor antigens. IMA910 has been evaluated as a therapeutic cancer vaccine for patients with advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer, often in combination with immunomodulatory agents such as GM-CSF, low-dose cyclophosphamide, and topical imiquimod (a TLR7 agonist). The primary developer is immatics biotechnologies GmbH.
