Drug intelligence / Profile preview
iMagic Injection refers to a class of investigational in vivo chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies developed by Immunofoco using its proprietary iMAGIC (Innovative MxV-G-LV Activated and Generated in vivo CAR-T) platform. The platform utilizes a lentiviral vector system featuring an AI-optimized, detargeted MxV glycoprotein (MxV-G-mut) and a T-cell targeting module (TCM3) to selectively transduce T cells directly within the patient's body, bypassing the complex and costly ex vivo manufacturing process of traditional CAR-T therapies. In clinical trials, iMagic Injection is evaluated as two distinct candidates: IMV101, which targets CD19 for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, and IMV102, which targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
