Overview

IMB-102 (also known as NAV-140) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the OX40 ligand (OX40L), a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily. Co-developed by IMBiologics in collaboration with Y-Biologics and HK inno.N, the antibody is designed to treat various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases by blocking the interaction between OX40L and its receptor, OX40. This inhibition modulates costimulatory signaling in the adaptive immune system, potentially reducing the pathological activation of T cells. In preclinical studies, IMB-102 demonstrated superior efficacy in atopic dermatitis models compared to amlitelimab. The drug's development rights have been licensed to Navigator Medicine for global markets (excluding Asia) and to Huadong Medicine for the Chinese market.
