Overview

IMB-402 is a multivalent T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by IMBiologics for the treatment of cancer, with a primary focus on glioblastoma. It is constructed using the proprietary ePENDY platform, which enables the creation of multivalent antibodies designed to function as dendritic cell mimetics. IMB-402 features a unique "1+10" molecular architecture, comprising one domain that recruits CD8+ T cells and ten domains that target undisclosed cancer-specific antigens. This high-avidity design is intended to enhance tumor targeting and immune activation, potentially overcoming the limitations of traditional IgG-based therapies. The platform is also described as being capable of activating both NK cells and T cells. As of early 2024, IMB-402 is in the discovery and screening stages of development.
