Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMB220P is a first-in-class (FIC) degrader-antibody conjugate (DAC) being developed by ImmunoBiochem for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. The therapeutic utilizes a degrader bioconjugate approach to target an undisclosed microglia-associated protein. By leveraging the specificity of an antibody to deliver a targeted protein degrader (TPD) payload to microglia, IMB220P aims to modulate neuroinflammation and protein aggregation pathways central to central nervous system (CNS) pathology. It is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
