Overview

IMC-201 is a bispecific antibody developed by ImmuneOncia Therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. It targets both CD47 and PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), functioning as an immunomodulatory agent. By inhibiting CD47—a "don't eat me" signal on tumor cells—and PD-L1—an immune checkpoint that suppresses T-cell activity—IMC-201 aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses through both innate and adaptive immunity. The drug is currently in preclinical development for neoplasms (cancer)[1][2][4].
