IMC-3171 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by ImmuneCyte Life Sciences for the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). The therapy involves the genetic modification of T cells to express a chimeric receptor that targets the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19, a protein widely expressed on the surface of malignant B cells. By directing the immune system to recognize and eliminate these cells, IMC-3171 aims to provide a targeted treatment for patients who have failed standard therapies. Currently in the preclinical and pilot study stages, IMC-3171 is part of ImmuneCyte's pipeline of cell-based immunotherapies for hematologic cancers.
