Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMC-4011 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy developed by ImmuneCyte Life Sciences using its proprietary AutoTIL platform. The therapy involves the isolation of T cells that have naturally migrated into a patient's tumor, followed by their ex vivo activation and expansion to large numbers before re-infusion into the patient. This approach aims to leverage the natural diversity of the patient's own immune system to recognize and eliminate metastatic breast cancer cells. IMC-4011 is currently in the preclinical and pilot phase of development.
