Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMC-4022 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy developed by ImmuneCyte Life Sciences using its proprietary AutoTIL platform. The therapy involves the isolation of naturally occurring T cells from a patient's tumor, followed by ex vivo expansion and re-infusion into the patient to enhance the immune response against malignant cells. IMC-4022 is specifically being investigated for the treatment of Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and is currently in the preclinical/pilot stage of development.
