Overview

IMC-C103A is an investigational immune mobilizing monoclonal T cell receptor against cancer (ImmTAC®) molecule designed to target MAGE-A4-positive cancers in HLA-A*02:01-positive patients. It functions by redirecting T cells to recognize and destroy tumor cells expressing the MAGE-A4 antigen, a cancer-testis antigen often found in solid tumors. Developed by Immunocore, it is being evaluated for advanced solid tumors that are relapsed, refractory, or intolerant to standard therapies, with administration routes including intravenous and subcutaneous.[1]
