Overview

This combination therapy consists of **IMC-R117C**, a bispecific ImmTAC® protein engineered to target PIWIL1 (a cancer-testis antigen) on cancer cells and CD3 on T cells, administered together with a **chemotherapy drug** (specific agent not defined in public documentation) and an **antiangiogenic agent** (specific agent not defined), as a regimen under investigation for advanced PIWIL1-positive cancers. IMC-R117C is designed to redirect and activate T cells to kill PIWIL1-expressing tumor cells, representing a novel immunotherapeutic approach. Combination with chemotherapy and antiangiogenic agents is intended to enhance anti-tumor efficacy in patients who have advanced, refractory, or relapsed colorectal, gastric, esophageal, or ovarian carcinoma.
