Overview

IMC004 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Suzhou Immunofoco Biotechnology for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy specifically targets Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), a tight junction protein that is highly expressed in several cancers, including gastric, esophageal, and pancreatic malignancies, while remaining largely absent in healthy tissues. IMC004 utilizes the company's proprietary T-Booster technology platform, which is designed to enhance the potency and persistence of CAR-T cells, potentially overcoming the challenges posed by the immunosuppressive microenvironment of solid tumors.
