IMD-110 is a small molecule checkpoint kinase (CHK) inhibitor being developed by ImmunSYS. It is designed to target the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway by inhibiting checkpoint kinases, which are critical regulators of the cell cycle. By blocking these kinases, the drug prevents cancer cells from repairing DNA damage, leading to genomic instability and apoptosis. IMD-110 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of prostatic cancer. While it was previously identified for bladder cancer, that indication is currently listed as inactive in the company's development pipeline.
