IMD-2316

IMD-2316 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Affinity Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It specifically targets Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), a notch pathway ligand that is highly expressed on the surface of various neuroendocrine tumors, including small cell lung cancer (SCLC), while remaining largely absent in normal tissues. The therapeutic consists of a DLL3-targeting monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to the target on tumor cells, the ADC is internalized, and the payload is released to induce cell death. IMD-2316 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation.
