Overview

IMD-2329 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Affinity Biopharmaceutical. It is designed as a bispecific ADC that simultaneously targets two tumor-associated antigens: Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and B7-H3 (CD276). These antigens are frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, particularly those with neuroendocrine features such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC). By binding to these targets, IMD-2329 facilitates the internalization of the conjugate and the subsequent release of a cytotoxic payload within the tumor cells. This dual-targeting approach is intended to enhance tumor specificity, increase therapeutic efficacy, and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-antigen targeting.
