Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMG-018 is a monoclonal antibody engineered to target immunoglobulin-like transcript 7 (ILT7), also known as leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily A member 4 (LILRA4), which is expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs)[1][2][9]. By binding to ILT7, IMG-018 depletes pDCs—a cell type implicated in the pathogenesis of various immune system diseases—potentially modulating aberrant immune responses[9]. The drug was initially developed by Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals using their QuadraTek technology platform and subsequently outlicensed to Celexor Bio for further development and commercialization[2][5][9]. Its primary indication is for immune system diseases where pDCs and the ILT7 pathway are involved. As of the latest available data, it remains in preclinical development[1].
