IMGN151 + bevacizumab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, fallopian tube, peritoneal, and endometrial cancer. IMGN151 is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα), designed with a biparatopic antibody and novel linker-payload to induce potent tumor cell killing across a range of FRα expression[3][1]. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), resulting in angiogenesis inhibition and tumor growth suppression. The combination is administered intravenously and aims to enhance anti-tumor efficacy through dual targeting of tumor cells directly (via ADC cytotoxicity through FRα) and indirectly through the tumor microenvironment (via VEGF-A inhibition by bevacizumab).
