Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**IMGS-501** is a preclinical immuno-oncology agent developed by ImmunoGenesis, consisting of a STING agonist conjugated to a PD-L1/PD-L2 dual-specific antibody. This **antibody-drug conjugate** (immunostimulant antibody conjugate, or ISAC) enables systemic intravenous delivery of the STING agonist to tumor sites without requiring direct intratumoral injection. The PD-L1/PD-L2-targeting antibody transports the STING agonist to immunosuppressive cells in the tumor microenvironment, combining optimal PD-1 pathway blockade with STING pathway activation to induce type I interferon production, enhance T-cell responses, and overcome immune exclusion in cold tumors.
