Overview

IMM-1-104 + dabrafenib is an investigational combination therapy composed of IMM-1-104—an oral small-molecule dual MEK inhibitor designed for deep cyclic inhibition (DCI) of the MAPK pathway—and dabrafenib, a BRAF kinase inhibitor. IMM-1-104 targets RAS- and RAF-mutant tumors through rapid cyclic suppression of MAPK signaling, aiming for improved efficacy and tolerability. Dabrafenib inhibits BRAF V600E-mutant kinases, disrupting aberrant MAPK pathway activation in various cancers. The combination is in early-phase clinical evaluation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors with RAS/MAPK pathway hyperactivation, most notably in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and other BRAF- or RAS-mutant tumors.
