IMM-101 + ipilimumab is a combination immunotherapy regimen comprising **IMM-101**, a heat-killed whole cell *Mycobacterium obuense* preparation, and **ipilimumab**, a monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4. IMM-101 acts as a non-specific immune modulator that is believed to activate dendritic cells and enhance antigen presentation, stimulating a Th1/CTL cytokine response and potentially amplifying anti-tumor immunity.
