IMM-6-415 is an investigational oral small molecule drug developed by Immuneering Corporation. It functions as a deep cyclic inhibitor of MEK (Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase), a key component of the MAPK pathway. By inhibiting MEK activity, IMM-6-415 disrupts downstream signaling required for tumor cell proliferation and survival in cancers driven by RAS or RAF mutations. The drug is designed with a shorter half-life to enable twice-daily dosing, aiming to provide strong inhibition of the MAPK pathway in malignant cells while allowing healthy cells periodic access to normal signaling through near-zero troughs. Preclinical studies have shown that IMM-6-415 inhibits tumor growth both as monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as encorafenib. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2a clinical trials for patients with advanced solid tumors harboring RAS or RAF mutations[1][3][5][6].
