Overview

**IMM-BCP-01** is an investigational, fixed-combination SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibody cocktail developed by Immunome for treatment of COVID-19. It contains three patient-derived human monoclonal antibodies—IMM20184, IMM20190, and IMM20253—that bind distinct, non-overlapping conserved epitopes on the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein. IMM20184 and IMM20190 inhibit spike interaction with the ACE2 receptor, while IMM20253 binds a cryptic receptor-binding-domain epitope and promotes spike-trimer disruption. The cocktail also induces Fc-mediated antiviral clearance mechanisms, including antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, complement activation, and phagocytosis. It entered an intravenous Phase 1b study in mild to moderate COVID-19, but the study was terminated following Immunome's strategic decision to discontinue further internal development and seek a partner.
