IMM092 is a next-generation monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), developed by Beijing Immune-Ark Pharmaceutical Technology. As an immune checkpoint inhibitor, IMM092 blocks the interaction between CTLA-4 and its ligands (CD80/CD86), thereby preventing the inhibitory signaling that normally dampens T-cell activation and proliferation. This blockade enhances the body's anti-tumor immune response. Additionally, IMM092 is designed to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) to facilitate the depletion of regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment, further promoting an immunostimulatory state. It is currently being investigated in Phase I/II clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), both as a monotherapy and in combination with other immunotherapies such as the PD-L1/CD47 bispecific antibody IMM040811.
