Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMM2501 is a preclinical-stage bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by ImmuneOnco. It is designed to simultaneously target and block two key immune checkpoints: Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG-3). By inhibiting these pathways, IMM2501 aims to restore the anti-tumor activity of T cells and overcome resistance mechanisms often associated with single-checkpoint inhibition. The drug is currently being investigated for the treatment of various solid tumors.
