IMM40H is a novel high-affinity humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets CD70, a protein highly expressed in many solid and hematological tumor tissues. It demonstrates a dual mechanism of action by eliminating tumors through Fc-mediated effector functions and interrupting CD70/CD27 signaling. **Mechanism of Action:** 1. **Inducing cytotoxicity against CD70+ tumor cells** via various effector functions: Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), Antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), Complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). 2. **Blocking CD70/CD27 signaling**, which prevents the activation and proliferation of regulatory T cells (Tregs), thereby enhancing immune surveillance against tumors.
