IMM47 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody developed by ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals that targets CD24, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein overexpressed in various malignancies. It acts by disrupting the interaction between CD24 on tumor cells and Siglec-10 on innate immune cells, such as macrophages, thereby neutralizing the 'don't eat me' signal that allows tumors to evade immune surveillance. Beyond blocking immunosuppressive signaling, IMM47 triggers potent anti-tumor activity through antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Clinical development reached Phase I for advanced solid tumors and relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma before the program was terminated in 2025 for strategic resource reallocation.
