Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ImmCelz is a regenerative cell therapy developed by Creative Medical Technology Holdings (CMTH) using technology licensed from Jadi Cell. The therapy involves "reprogramming" a patient's own immune cells (or donor cells) ex vivo to enhance their regenerative and immunomodulatory properties. Specifically, it is designed to induce immunological tolerance by stimulating the expansion of T regulatory cells (Tregs) and increasing the production of Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF). ImmCelz is being investigated for a variety of indications, including the treatment of stroke, Type 1 Diabetes, heart disease, and the prevention of organ transplant rejection, with the goal of reducing reliance on chronic immunosuppression.
