Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Immiflex is a dietary supplement marketed for immune system support, primarily distributed in certain regions by Bolar Pharmaceuticals. It contains a combination of Wellmune WGP, a proprietary beta-1,3/1,6-glucan derived from the cell walls of a highly purified strain of baker's yeast (*Saccharomyces cerevisiae*), and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). The product is designed to prime innate immune cells, such as neutrophils and macrophages, to respond more effectively to pathogens without overstimulating the immune system. The beta-glucan component acts as an agonist at the Dectin-1 receptor, while Vitamin D3 supports overall immune function and calcium homeostasis. It is typically used as a consumer health product rather than a prescription pharmaceutical.
