Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Immunax is an immune-modulating Macrophage Activating Protein (iMAP) developed by RegenMed. It is a stabilized vitamin D protein complex that contains both the precursor Vitamin D Binding Protein (VDBP) and the active Vitamin D Binding Protein Macrophage Activating Factor (VDBP-MAF). The therapeutic is designed to enhance innate immune function by activating macrophages and extending the half-life of vitamin D within the body. VDBP-MAF is naturally produced through the sequential deglycosylation of VDBP, a process that Immunax aims to supplement or mimic. It is primarily indicated for individuals with compromised immune systems and various immune-related disorders, and it is currently commercially available as part of RegenMed's regenerative medicine portfolio.
