Immunose FLU

**Immunose FLU** is Eurocine Vaccines' investigational intranasal quadrivalent influenza vaccine candidate. It combines quadrivalent inactivated split influenza antigens with the proprietary lipid-based mucosal adjuvant Endocine and is intended to induce influenza-specific mucosal and systemic immune responses through needle-free nasal administration. The candidate was evaluated in completed Phase I/II studies in healthy young adults and in adults aged 50 to 75 years; the latter study assessed safety, tolerability, and serological and mucosal immune responses.
