Overview

SF-1019 (Immunosyn) is a biopharmaceutical immunomodulator and biological response modifier (BRM) developed by Argyll Biotechnologies. It is primarily investigated for the treatment of progressive neurological autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). The drug is administered as a subcutaneous injection and has been reported to provide statistically significant improvements in neurological scores, motor strength, balance, and coordination. While Immunosyn Corporation held the marketing rights and the drug was reportedly available in several international markets, its regulatory path in the United States and Europe involved the initiation of formal approval processes that were never completed.
