Immunovenin-Intact

Immunovenin-Intact is a 5% (50 g/L) intravenous immunoglobulin G (IVIG) preparation derived from human plasma. It is manufactured using a process involving polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) fractionation and ion exchange chromatography, which preserves over 95% of the IgG molecules in their intact, native form and maintains the physiological distribution of all IgG subclasses. The product is indicated for replacement therapy in primary and secondary immunodeficiency states, including congenital agammaglobulinemia, hypogammaglobulinemia, and severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). It also functions as an immunomodulatory agent for treating autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), Guillain-Barré syndrome, and Kawasaki disease. By providing a broad spectrum of antibodies, it neutralizes pathogens and modulates the immune response through Fc receptor interaction and complement inhibition.
