Immunsil

Immunsil is an immunomodulatory dietary supplement developed by NutriMed Group, primarily marketed for strengthening the immune system and preventing respiratory infections. The formulation typically centers on high-purity beta-1,3/1,6-glucans derived from the cell walls of *Saccharomyces cerevisiae*. These polysaccharides act as biological response modifiers by binding to specific receptors (such as Dectin-1) on the surface of innate immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and natural killer cells, thereby enhancing their phagocytic activity and cytokine production.
