Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ImmuPro is a plasma-derived immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy developed by Cytobiologics, the plasma derivatives manufacturing arm of Promea. It is designed as a replacement therapy to provide pooled antibodies for patients with primary or secondary immunodeficiencies, as well as for its immunomodulatory effects in treating various autoimmune and neurological disorders. As a plasma-derived product, it contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies harvested from healthy donors, providing passive immunity and helping to regulate the immune system in inflammatory conditions. The product is part of Cytobiologics' portfolio of plasma-derived protein replacement therapies.
