IMP10

IMP10 is a small molecule inhibitor of checkpoint kinases 1 and 2 (CHK1 and CHK2) currently in IND-enabling development by Impakt Therapeutics (also known as Impact Therapeutics). As part of the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway, CHK1 and CHK2 are serine/threonine protein kinases that regulate cell-cycle progression in response to DNA damage. By inhibiting these kinases, IMP10 aims to disrupt cell cycle checkpoints, leading to genomic instability and apoptosis in cancer cells, particularly those with existing DDR deficiencies. The drug is being developed for oncology applications as part of a pipeline focused on synthetic lethality and DNA damage response modulation.
