IMP25

IMP25 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor targeting DHX9 (DEAH-box helicase 9), developed by Impact Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. DHX9 is an ATP-dependent RNA helicase that plays a crucial role in maintaining genomic stability by resolving complex nucleic acid structures like R-loops and G-quadruplexes. It is frequently overexpressed in various cancers, where it supports rapid proliferation and survival.
