IMP4297 + irinotecan is a combination of **senaparib (IMP4297)**, a small molecule poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor, and **irinotecan**, a topoisomerase I inhibitor. Senaparib selectively inhibits PARP enzymes, leading to accumulation of DNA damage and synthetic lethality particularly in tumor cells deficient in homologous recombination repair. Irinotecan inhibits topoisomerase I, causing DNA damage during replication. The combination is being investigated for synergistic anti-tumor effects in advanced malignant solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer, by disrupting two distinct but complementary DNA repair and damage response pathways. Senaparib is developed primarily by IMPACT Therapeutics.
