IMP9064 + senaparib

**IMP9064 + senaparib** is a combination therapy under clinical development for advanced solid tumors. IMP9064 is a selective ATR (Ataxia Telangiectasia and Rad3 related protein) inhibitor, targeting cell cycle checkpoint signaling and DNA damage response, thereby enhancing cancer cell sensitivity to DNA damage and inhibiting repair mechanisms[5][7][9].
