Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMPAKT-197 is a small molecule inhibitor of Interleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase (ITK) being developed by Immvue Therapeutics. ITK is a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and plays a critical role in T-cell signaling and activation. By targeting ITK, IMPAKT-197 aims to modulate the immune response within the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immunity. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling phase for the treatment of solid tumors.
