Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMPAKT-396 is a small molecule inhibitor of Interleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase (ITK) currently in IND-enabling development by Immvue Therapeutics. ITK is a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and plays a critical role in T-cell signaling, development, and cytokine production. By selectively inhibiting ITK, IMPAKT-396 aims to disrupt the aberrant signaling pathways driving T-cell lymphomas, potentially offering a targeted therapeutic approach for these malignancies.
